Negroni

A bold Italian aperitif with equal parts gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Orange Peel
  • Ice

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with orange peel.
